The International Conference of Public University Hospitals in the Americas is an initiative of HU Brasil, held in partnership with the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO), with the aim of strengthening international cooperation among public university hospitals, governments, universities, and international organizations.

The conference will be held at the prestigious PAHO/WHO Headquarters in Brasília, an architectural landmark of international health cooperation.
